Walk & Talk is a mindfulness based therapeutic approach that facilitates client relaxation, thought rumination reduction, physical tension release, and helps with processing experiences in a more positive way. As the name describes, clients talk with me while walking along the beach rather than sitting or lying down in a therapy office.
